My Boys

I am so in love with my two handsome little boys. I wake up every morning thanking God for my two blessings.

November Update

Well, we have been a little busy this month. Matthew turned 3, yes 3, and Weston has started belly crawing all over the place!!!
Matthew turned three on November first in which we celebrated by meeting daddy for lunch and we did a little shopping. Matthew just loves to shop and gets vey upset when we are done saying constantly, "just one more store!!!"
We had his Monster Truck birthday party on November 6th where he got way too many toys and loves them all. His toy box is over flowing and I have no clue what we are going to do at Christmas time! I even made a monster truck cake! (I thought I did pretty good)
Now onto Weston who is now giving mommy, daddy, and Weston a run for our money. He loves playing with Matthew's toys now rather than his own... Matthew does NOT like that! He isn't crawling all the way yet but he can do the worm across the floor. This boy is gonna be trouble!!

6 MONTHS..

Well... My baby boy is 6 months old already. I just can't believe how fast time has flown by and at 6 months old Weston can-
sit up all on his own
get mad very quickly
laugh at his brother no matter what Matthew does
he loves playing in his exersaucer and jumparoo
rolls all around the floor
he can get up on all fours and rock...soon to be crawling!
Weston even says mama!!! (Matthew said dada first:)
weston has ate every veggie and fruit and has started on stage 2 foods
he can hold his own bottle when he wants
My baby boy is growing too fast!!!!!

Buddies

We decided to try out a little park in Damascus today and of course, Matthew really didn't like it. As soon as we got there he said "Mommy me wanna go to the big park, this a little park!" He had fun though and so did Weston. Weston went on his first swing ride and laughed and kicked his feet the entire time. Needless to say I think we'll have to go to the "big park" next time.




I knew that Matthew and Weston would become buddies however I didn't realize how soon that would happen. Weston just loves Matthew. Matthew can get him to smile and laugh when no one else can. Weston has recently started sitting up and very much enjoys playing with Matthew on the floor. I can't wait to see those two interact here in a month or so when Weston starts crawling and getting into Matthew's things!!

SEPTEMBER

I know it has been a little while since i have posted anything but my computer has been a little out of wack. Needless to say the boys kept growing anyways. Matthew is going to turn 3 in November and I just can't believe it. My little boy is growing up. He measured 42.6 inches tall and 41.2lbs at his last appointment, can you believe it?? I am amazed at times at what this boy can think of to say, he comes up with something new everyday. He also just loves his baby brother and at times tells me how to take care of him. Matthew is amazing. Weston is 5 months old today. He can get up on his hands at even attempts to rock a little, he's gonna be crawling in the next month or two...yikes!!! He rolls over like crazy and insists on sleeping on his belly. He smiles almost all the time and even seems to yell out to Matthew at times. Weston is my baby boy. Our lives are perfect, we have to boys that are our world. What could be better than that??

4 Months Old Already

Can you believe it, Weston is 4 months old already!! These past 19 weeks have just flown by. He is rolling over already and very rarely stays on his back when sleeping. We started rice cereal already and he is a pro. He just opened his mouth right up and started eating, what can I say he takes after his mommy!

We had our four month check-up in which Weston weighed in at a whopping 17.6lbs and measured 26inches long. Our baby boy is growing up!! What can I say but... you don't get mice out of elephants!!

We recently had a great play day with the Janosik's and of course Gramie. They sure can play hard! Stacey and I attempted to get some pics of all the kiddos and the few I got I loved. These kids love each other and it is so great to see them play. I can't wait until the two little ones can get up and whip all the older ones butts!!

So I know that I am not a professional, but I love taking pictures of these two boys. I love the way Matthew gets excited when Iget the camera out. They are just awesome together!

Little Guy

Camp 2011

This weekend we went on our annual Hoopes family camping trip to Pennsylvania. We left on Friday evening and came on Sunday, and yes Weston went too. We had such a great time and Matthew had a blast. The weather was hot, but our campers had A/C so it wasn't too bad. We rode four wheelers, had fires, and just had a great time. Thanks to all who made this weekend special.

They grow to fast

These past three months have just flew by, I can't believe my baby is already 3 months old. I am back to work and our routine has started to get a little more normal. Matthew and Weston get to spend three days with my mom and at the pool. I would like to think that they also enjoy their two days at home with me. I have started working three days a week and I very much enjoy my two days home with them.





Weston has started staying awake a little more, however still enjoys 3-4 naps a day and sleeping all night long. He as also started rolling over from his belly to his back and sometimes even from his back to his belly. He has been doing so good at keeping his head up during belly time and very much enjoys it. We have discovered that he is very ticklish and even laughs at times.






Matthew loves getting pictures taking with Weston and anytime I have the camera out he is ready to pose...just for a few minutes. I love these two boys and I am having so much fun!!!

4 Wheeling

Suprise, suprise. Matthew got a new power wheels four wheeler, and of course Daddy wants to get him a real one aleady. Matthew loves this four wheeler just fine. He rides it everyday until the battery runs out. He even enjoys following daddy while he's mowing the lawn.
